Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Graphic Designer at Pantone, will join a growing, fast-paced Marketing Team and play a critical role in visually bringing our brand, products, and services to life across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing, and cross-functional partners across Brand, Product, Services, and Global teams to deliver clear, compelling, and on-brand creative. You will contribute to campaigns, trend storytelling, digital experiences, and partner initiatives, all while upholding and evolving Pantone's iconic visual identity. This position is responsible for creating compelling visual assets across digital, print, web, and environmental formats that ensure clarity and consistency in Pantone's brand expression; collaborating with product marketing, brand, services, and regional teams to support storytelling and campaign execution across all lines of business; translating creative briefs into high-quality assets for social media, email campaigns, trend content, and product promotions; supporting partner marketing initiatives and global adaptations while maintaining brand alignment; and contributing to the evolution of Pantone's visual identity by managing design systems and staying current on emerging trends in creativity and design.
