Associate Support Consultant Join us in delivering exceptional client support and driving impactful healthcare solutions. What You'll Do As an Associate Support Consultant, you'll be the first line of support for our clients — solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring smooth product usage via phone, email, or chat. Your role will involve: ✅ Resolving client issues related to product functionality and system setup ✅ Logging, tracking, and documenting support cases ✅ Collaborating with product teams to escalate bugs or feedback ✅ Reproducing client issues and assisting in root cause identification ✅ Learning continuously through mentorship and knowledge base use Who You Are 🎓 Bachelors degree in any stream – Technical/Science/Humanities 🗣 Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 English proficiency) 💡Curious, tech-friendly, and eager to learn troubleshooting basics 💻Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote support environment Bonus If You Have 🔹 2–3 years of experience in a customer or product support role 🔹 Basic familiarity with cloud, app support, or healthcare software Working Style 🕘 Standard weekday hours, with occasional after-hours or holiday support when needed 🌍 Enjoy a flexible work setup — from home and a professional office space 🌴 We appreciate your time off!
