About the role
Collaborate on all elements of training and development, including needs assessment, design/development, project management, implementation and vendor management
Conduct all aspects of program management including program development, curriculum development and design, communication planning, vendor management, project documentation and tracking, and measurement metrics
Deliver training using a variety of methods including coaching, classroom facilitation, behavioral assessment (MBTI, DISC), and 360 feedback
Partner with business stakeholders to understand training needs including but not limited to HR business partners and business leaders
Consult and research issues relating to engagement, leadership, talent management and manager training and other programs as needed
Conduct pre and post-training analysis reflecting effectiveness of training
Maintain subject matter expertise in the areas of engagement, leadership development, manager training, and other programs as needed
Analyze, develop and update existing programs and materials to enhance and reinforce performance development, and company or departmental needs
Staying informed about cutting-edge advancements in learning and development, including gamification and other innovative training techniques.
