Your responsibilities:


Coordinating a team of 4-5 buyers and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team on-site (office-based) at our Katowice office.

Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.

Evaluating and supervising the subordinated team.

Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.

Analyzing the team’s results and taking appropriate action to improve results in order to reach the set targets and KPIs.
