Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly driven and hands-on Growth Manager to join our marketing team. This is a junior role ideal for someone with a strong foundation in performance marketing and account-based marketing (ABM), who is ready to take ownership and scale user acquisition across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta platforms to drive pipeline and engagement.

● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and manage Named Account Lists (NALs) for ABM campaigns.

● Build, run, and iterate on ABM programs including personalization, outreach, and targeted messaging to key accounts.

● Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI.

● Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure marketing assets align with campaign goals.

● Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and targeting strategies to uncover growth opportunities.


Requirements:

● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or ABM, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.

● Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.

● Experience creating and working with Named Account Lists (NALs).

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or any performance tracking platform.

● A proactive, test-and-learn mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.

● Excellent communication and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
