You, of course, are you, a proactive, driven and ambitious Finnish-speaking go-getter looking for someone to give you a shot and a chance to shine. This is an entry-level role, perfect for a recent graduate or someone kickstarting their career in the world of business. No prior experience is needed; what we value most is your potential and willingness to take on new challenges and learn.


Important! As you’d work with our partners in Finland (of whom 95% are Finnish speakers), fluent Finnish is needed. You’ll also need good English as it’s our company’s internal language. Parts of this recruitment process will also be conducted in English.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Onboard New Partners: Guide new venue and service providers through the setup, creating polished profiles that show off their best features (yes, the job includes plenty of content creation 🖋️)
  • Run Product Demos: Help new partners make the most of Venuu as a sales and marketing tool by walking them through the platform and its cool functionalities.
  • Be the Partner’s best friend: Assist with questions, offer advice, and become the expert they rely on to maximize their success on Venuu.
  • Monitor and Improve: Use data insights to track partner performance, provide personalized advice, and solve challenges quickly. 📈
  • Upsell Strategically: Introduce our partners to additional features to help them reach even bigger audiences and grow their business with us.
  • Keep Things Fresh: Ensure our partner network is active, current, and fully engaged – everything from web content to contact data in our CRM.


Who We’re Looking For


If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk:

  • Education: No specific educational background is required, but a demonstrated interest in business and eagerness to learn is a plus. 📚
  • Experience: Prior experience in similar roles (Customer Success or Account Management) can be considered a plus, but is definitely not required. This is a Junior-level role, after all.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communicator, whether by email, phone, or face-to-face. You understand how to get your message across professionally and with empathy.
  • Writing Skills: You’re a strong writer who can create clear, engaging content quickly and efficiently – ideal for building and polishing partner profiles. ✍️
  • Self-Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks and projects at once (without dropping too many balls). You know how to prioritize and structure your day independently. 📅
  • Solution-oriented: You have a natural knack for solving problems on the spot. When faced with challenges or pains, you actively listen, analyze the situation, and offer practical solutions.
  • Ambition & Curiosity: You’re eager to develop new skills, ask questions, and seek feedback to grow fast in your role.
  • Team Player: You value teamwork, openly exchange ideas, respect others and take responsibility for your actions. For you, success is a group effort.


What You’ll Sign Up For:

  • Start date: September, exact date can be agreed
  • Compensation: For Junior employees first year’s pay is between 2200€–2700€/month gross, depending on your prior experience (we’ll ask for your precise salary request in the application form). We review salaries annually, and good work does not go unnoticed, so you might get a raise yearly.
  • Clear onboarding: Comprehensive peer-led training (by both colleagues in Helsinki and Barcelona), plus regular feedback to accelerate your progress.
  • Coaching and support: You’ll be supported by more experienced colleagues throughout your career, and will receive guidance from supervisors – it’s our shared goal to make you grow.
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for progression as the company scales; skills, talent and dedication won’t go unnoticed. First step is to grow from Junior to Intermediate, then beyond!
  • Location: Helsinki center office – we’re currently located in Pikku-Roba, but will move to Kaisaniemi in October.
  • Hybrid work: Onboarding fully from the office, then possibility to work some days (e.g. 1-2) of the week from home. But we’re not – and don’t want to become – a fully remote organisation, just so you know. :)
