Job details:
Experience: 1–3 Years in Field Sales, Business Development, or Ground Operations
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with venue owners/managers to establish formal tie-ups and explain the value of the GW Partner App.
2. Convert leads generated by our tele-sales team and proactively identify new venues for the platform.
3. Conduct a complete physical audit of the venue. You’ll be responsible for verifying the facility's quality and amenities.
4. Capture high-quality photos and videos of the turf/ground. Gather technical details like slot timings, dynamic pricing, and facility rules.
5. Ensure every partner venue feels like a GW partner. You’ll be placing our QR codes, posters, and other creatives at dugouts and canteens.
6. Hand-hold the owner through their first few app bookings and maintain a strong relationship to ensure they stay active.
7.Organise and execute monthly cricket event/tournament inviting corporates employees as an customer engagement activity.
Qualifications
Graduation in any field.
Local Expertise, Bike Mandatory,
Fluent in Telegu, Hindi, English, Tech Savvy
Excellent English written skills
