Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Delhi and Gurugram for a Venue Manager - Sports Venues. The Venue Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of sports facilities, ensuring their efficient and safe functioning. Responsibilities include managing events, maintaining budgets, providing exceptional customer service, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and supervising staff. The individual will ensure smooth venue operations with a consistent focus on customer experience and quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure an exceptional experience.
• Expertise in Venue Management and Budgeting to oversee operations and ensure financial efficiency.
• Proficiency in Event Management to successfully plan and execute sports activities and related projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage resources effectively and address operational challenges.
• Previous experience in managing sports venues or related fields is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
