Role Description
The Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Swerve Club in South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will manage the facility, coordinate activities, and ensure an excellent experience for all guests. Responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising events, optimizing the venue's budget, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with guests and resolve issues promptly
- Proven experience in Venue Management to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless functioning
- Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to maintain financial efficiency
- Expertise in Event Management to plan, coordinate, and execute events smoothly and effectively
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a high level of professionalism
- Knowledge or interest in sports and fitness, particularly pickleball, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
