Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Venue Manager based in Delhi, India. The Venue Manager will oversee daily operations of venues, coordinate event logistics, manage budgets, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include liaising with clients, managing vendor relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The role also involves maintaining the venue to meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Venue Management and expertise in overseeing the day-to-day operations of event spaces.
- Strong skills in Event Management and Budgeting to ensure smooth execution of events while adhering to financial plans.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs, manage relationships, and provide exceptional experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in event management software and knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations are advantageous.
