POSITION OVERVIEW: -
The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing overall business operations, operational strategy, pre-opening execution, team management, process implementation, and customer experience across D9 properties.
The role requires strong operational leadership, business acumen, people management capability, and experience in managing large-format hospitality, entertainment, sports, or experiential businesses.
The candidate will play a critical role in establishing operational frameworks, driving business performance, ensuring SOP compliance, and supporting expansion initiatives across upcoming D9 locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
Oversee daily operations across D9 properties
Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination
Lead pre-opening and launch execution
Drive team performance and operational efficiency
Maintain customer experience standards
Monitor business performance and profitability
Ensure SOP, safety, and compliance adherence
Manage vendors, facilities, and operational systems
Support expansion and process standardization
Handle operational escalations and issue resolution

ELIGIBILITY: -
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, sports infrastructure, premium F&B, clubs, or lifestyle businesses
Experience in multi-property or multi-unit operations preferred.
Strong leadership and team management experience required.
Pre-opening and expansion experience will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be comfortable managing high-volume customer-facing operations.
Strong operational, business, and people management skills required.
Willingness to travel across properties and manage flexible operational schedules.
