Shopify Designer

We're looking for a Shopify Designer to join our growing ecommerce team and help scale our global consumer brands starting with Silvery (www.mysilvery.com), our fastest-growing U.S. brand. You'll be responsible for designing high-converting Shopify experiences, creating performance-ready landing pages, and translating user behavior insights into visually compelling layouts that drive profitable growth. We are scaling quickly with strong profitability, and our top-performing brand Silvery® already generates over $1M in monthly revenue. We have served over 200,000 customers globally, and our reach continues to grow. Silvery is revolutionizing the bedding industry with silver-infused technology that enhances sleep hygiene and comfort. In 2026, the brand will enter U.S. retail and expand its technologically advanced sleep product portfolio. Your daily work and responsibilities will include: Design modern, high-converting layouts for Shopify (homepages, PDPs, landing pages) Build and optimize landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and ads Work on CRO optimization: A/B tests, UI tweaks, layout improvements, clarity enhancements Create clean, responsive front-end designs across desktop and mobile Improve user flows and simplify navigation for maximum conversion This position is for you if you have: Strong experience designing within Shopify Excellent skills in Figma (or similar design tools) Experience with drag and drop landing page builders, ideally Replo Solid understanding of CRO, ecommerce UX, and what makes people click Experience creating landing pages for performance marketing Eye for minimal, clean, conversion-focused design Portfolio demonstrating ecommerce work (Shopify preferred) Why Join Ventura Brands?
