We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part time basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and providing high quality customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner• Providing information and advice to customers• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation• Following company policies and procedures• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
