The Growth Marketing Mangaer will manage, optimize and grow Venmo's owned channels, driving consumer acquisition and engagement. Leading strategy, learning and day-to-day management of key marketing experiences on Venmo.com, the Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with brand, creative, Martech, marketing operations, analytics, and product teams to design and execute campaigns and tests that support marketing initiatves.

About This Role:

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive growth through Venmo’s owned channels by optimizing user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. You will lead efforts to test and optimize the performance of the Venmo website, ensuring seamless web-to-app tracking and analytics. Collaborating with the brand, creative, Martech, Ops, analytics, and product teams, you will design and execute campaigns that improve conversions and support broader growth marketing objectives. Additionally, you will communicate results and insights with leadership and cross-functional partners to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead web-based growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Test and optimize conversion rates (CRO) across the Venmo website.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve web-to-app tracking and analytics.
• Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to align web campaigns with Venmo’s overall marketing objectives.
• Partner with Martech and Ops teams to ensure smooth execution of web marketing campaigns and technical integrations.
• Work closely with analytics teams to track, measure, and report on the performance of web growth initiatives.
• Opportunity to assist Venmo’s referrals program and other growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, engagement, and product adoption.
• Help support search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, to improve discoverability and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify opportunities for optimization and validate hypotheses.
• Analyze web traffic data and user behavior to uncover insights and inform strategy.
• Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web marketing and CRO.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or web strategy with a focus on user acquisition and engagement.
• Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), web analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Branch, Kochava, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across teams, including brand, creative, product, and analytics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
• Knowledge of advanced web-to-app tracking and user behavior analytics is a plus.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $64000 to $156750
