Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Support Manager located in Bokaro. The Vendor Support Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring seamless operations. The role involves supervising vendor onboarding, resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance standards, and optimizing vendor performance. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that support vendor satisfaction and success.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to quickly address vendor concerns
- Experience in vendor management, operational oversight, or related fields
- Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals and enhancing processes
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in relevant regional languages will be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
