We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with 1–2 years of experience in vendor coordination and inventory/stock management to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory operations (stock tracking, inward/outward entries)
• Handle vendor coordination, order placement & follow-ups
• Maintain purchase orders, bills, and transactions in Zoho Books
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
• Verify goods received and maintain proper documentation
• Generate stock and purchase reports
🔹 Requirements
✔ 1–2 years experience in stock/inventory or vendor management
✔ Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (preferred)
✔ Basic knowledge of purchase & billing processes
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel
✔ Good communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
🔹 Nice to Have
-Experience in medical equipment / healthcare industry
-Understanding of GST billing
