From healthcare tech to toys, fitness equipment, consumer products, and defense systems, a huge part of our work depends on finding the right fabrication shops, prototype vendors, machinists, manufacturers, and production partners.
This role is critical to making that happen.
The Role
This is not a corporate desk job.
We’re looking for someone proactive, persistent, and street-smart who can go out into the field, build vendor relationships, follow up consistently, and help move projects forward.
A huge part of this role involves physically visiting vendors across Hyderabad in areas like Old City, Mallepally, Balanagar, Jeedimetla, etc.
Most people stop after:
“They didn’t pick up the call.”
That doesn’t work in this role.
What you’ll do
• Call prototype and manufacturing vendors daily
• Identify and onboard new fabrication/manufacturing vendors
• Visit vendors and workshops regularly
• Build strong working relationships and trust
• Follow up on production status, timelines, and invoices
• Coordinate between vendors and the internal team
• Maintain organised vendor records and communication
Once vendors are identified and relationships are built, the role becomes more execution-focused involving regular coordination, production follow-ups, invoice tracking, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring work moves smoothly between the vendor and internal team.

• Are comfortable talking to all kinds of people
• Are persistent and self-motivated
• Can handle unstructured environments confidently
• Don’t give up after one failed call
• Are organised and responsible with follow-ups
• Have a bike and are comfortable with daily local travel
• Prefer field work over sitting behind a desk all day
Compensation Structure
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000/month
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000/month
Vendor Closure Incentive
Additional incentive for every successfully onboarded and usable vendor.
• ₹500 → Basic usable vendor
• ₹1,000 → Strong and reliable vendor
• ₹1,500 → High-value long-term vendor with strong execution potential
