About the Role
BookMyChef is building a curated network of hospitality partners across cities.
We’re looking for a Vendor Relationship Specialist to support partner onboarding and market expansion efforts in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with business owners, learning sales fundamentals, and gaining hands-on startup experience.
What You Will Do
1. Vendor Outreach & Onboarding Support
Assist in identifying catering and food service partners for the platform
Reach out to vendors through calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and digital channels
Support the onboarding process and documentation of new partners
2. Market Research & Lead Generation
Research local food businesses and hospitality vendors
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners
Identify high-potential areas and vendor categories for expansion
3. Partner Engagement
Help partners understand how the platform works
Assist vendors in profile setup and initial activation
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve engagement
4. Hybrid Sales Exposure
Participate in field visits along with inside sales activities
Learn how sales conversations, pitches, and conversions are handled
Gain exposure to B2B sales and marketplace operations
5. Feedback & Coordination
Collect feedback from vendors during onboarding and activation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner experience
Share market observations and customer insights

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Basic understanding of the food & hospitality industry
