Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Executive to manage and expand our vendor network for IT staff augmentation projects. The role involves onboarding vendors, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidate profiles, and maintaining strong, long-term vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, onboard, and manage a strong network of staffing vendors
- Share requirements and ensure timely alignment on mandates
- Follow up with vendors for relevant and quality candidate submissions
- Screen and shortlist profiles before internal submission
- Maintain vendor performance tracker (closures, TAT, quality metrics)
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for closures
Key Requirements- 2–4 years of experience in vendor management / IT recruitment / staffing
- Strong understanding of IT roles and hiring processes
- Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Preferred Skills- Experience in staff augmentation or RPO environment
- Existing vendor network is a plus
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
