Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently handle vendor onboarding and maintenance requests including non-standard or complex cases
• Review and validate compliance documents, banking details and contractual information
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, approval matrices and audit requirements
• Resolve vendor data discrepancies and rework items
• Act as first-level subject matter support for junior team members
• Manage workload to meet turnaround times and SLA commitments
• Support periodic data cleanup and vendor rationalization activities
• Maintain and update process documentation and checklists

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in vendor onboarding or master data management roles. Oracle & Coupa experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications are an advantage
