Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Relations Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, evaluating performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing vendor data, maintaining open lines of communication, resolving vendor-related issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as finance and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate vendor performance and analyze contracts effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication capabilities to build and maintain vendor relationships
- Experience in Customer Service to provide seamless coordination and resolve issues with vendors
- Proficiency in Finance-related tasks, such as budget management and contract negotiations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience in vendor management or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Bengaluru
- Ability to build and manage a team size of upto 5
