Key Responsibilities-
- Take regular follow-ups from vendors regarding ongoing and upcoming project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors related to materials, deliveries, timelines, and service quality.
- Maintain vendor records, documentation, and communication logs.
- Ensure timely responses and updates from vendors to support project teams.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate when required.
- Assist in sourcing new vendors as needed for interior contracting materials and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure vendor commitments align with project schedules.
Requirements-
- Proven experience in vendor coordination or similar roles (experience in interior contracting industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- Basic knowledge of vendor management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
