Vendor Payments / Vendor Relationship Management
Location – Bangalore (Work from Office; 6 days)
A finance operations professional with strong experience in vendor payments, reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced, fast-growing pan-India B2B mobility/ fleet management operational environment
Should have strong vendor relationship management skills with the ability to balance operational rigour and long-term partner engagement
Key focus areas include payment governance, dispute resolution, TAT management, and driving operational transparency with vendors
Must have strong analytical orientation toward cost optimization, spend control, rate benchmarking, and identifying process efficiencies
Preferably who has worked in high transaction-volume industries such as fleet management, logistics, mobility, transport, facilities management, shared services environments
Should be detail-oriented yet commercially aware with an ability to support business continuity while maintaining financial controls
Should be comfortable coordinating across operations, finance, procurement, and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Someone solution-centric and capable of handling escalations and operational pressure with maturity
Strong Excel/MIS capability and comfort working with ERP or payment systems will be preferred
