Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Vendor Manager. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting vendors to meet the organization's procurement needs. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with policies, monitoring vendor performance, and coordinating with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance and market trends effectively.
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Procurement processes and strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative environment.
