Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vendor Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, managing contracts, negotiating agreements, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring vendor compliance with company policies. The role also involves analyzing vendor performance, optimizing cost efficiencies, and collaborating with internal teams to align vendor partnerships with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating vendor performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing processes
- Experience in Procurement and expertise in Contract Management, including overseeing end-to-end contracting processes
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with a focus on fostering mutually beneficial vendor relationships
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and various internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using procurement software and familiarity with procurement best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in managing vendors within tech or edtech environments is a plus
