Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new vendors at competitive rates
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Manage vendor relationships and performance
- Build strong vendor database across Bengaluru
- Ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Work closely with operations/execution teams
- Monitor vendor KPIs and compliance
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Procurement / Vendor Management / Sourcing
- Any Degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- Vendor network in Bengaluru preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Fast-paced work environment experience
