We're a fast-growing custom manufacturing and metals trading platform serving clients across India, UAE/MENA, and Southeast Asia. We work with 100+ manufacturing vendors across CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, casting, stamping, and injection molding — and we need a sharp operator to own our vendor side.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
▸ Visit, evaluate, and onboard manufacturing vendors across CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, casting, and stamping
▸ Build and maintain a vetted, reliable vendor network with clear capability mapping
▸ Prepare accurate technical quotations for CNC machined and sheet metal components
▸ Oversee production processes — ensure quality, timelines, and spec compliance at vendor facilities
▸ Coordinate on surface treatment and coating processes (anodizing, powder coating, plating, etc.)
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
▸ Strong working knowledge of CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes
▸ Familiarity with design/engineering software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools)
▸ Understanding of coating and surface finishing techniques
▸ Hands-on experience in production planning, process control, and shop-floor operations
▸ Ability to read technical drawings and translate them into vendor-ready RFQs
P𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 but not compulsory:
▸ Prior experience at a domestic OEM or Tier-1 manufacturing company
▸ Existing relationships with machine shops, fabricators, and foundries across India
