What do we need? (Requirements):

• Relevant experience 1-3 years in purchase and vendor development, preferably in a manufacturing and production industries
• Should be experienced in complete manufacturing sector for direct materials primarily (Sheet Metal, Plastic, rubber is a plus)
• More knowledge in sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation and negotiation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to assess vendor capabilities, pricing structures and product quality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strongrelationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in ERP software’s to release the PO, Inventory management and vendor management
• Ability to travel domestically on a daily basis
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and resolve sourcing related issues.

• Supplier follow up, MC estimation and Meeting the OTD
• Travel to Vendor place for evaluation and selection
• Contract negotiation and management
• Asses, Manage and Mitigate the risks related to procurement
