Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Vendor Business professional. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, managing supply chain operations, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of vendor-delivered services. The individual will track vendor performance, resolve vendor-related issues, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor partnerships and align them with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and supply chain management skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills for performance tracking and issue resolution
- Knowledge of logistics, procurement processes, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for vendor and supply chain management
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage cross-functional workflows
- Experience in the logistics or quick-commerce sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
