About The Job

The mission of the Digital Strategist is to lead advanced analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of Search Engine Marketing and Social Paid Advertising campaigns. Utilizing platforms such as Matchcraft, Google, MSN, and Meta, the strategist will leverage data-driven insights and strategic thinking to enhance campaign performance. This role involves collaborating with team members, fostering strong partner relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences by delivering optimized and impactful digital advertising solutions.

Your Impact

Technical Mastery & Platform Optimization:

  • Demonstrate expertise in online marketing, SEM, and display advertising, optimizing campaigns for peak performance.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of platforms such as Matchcraft, Vendasta Task Manager, Partner Center, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta to troubleshoot and resolve complex setup issues.
  • Apply technical proficiency to ensure optimal performance of digital and social paid products, presenting key analytics to inform team decision-making.

Continuous Learning & Growth

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging products, continuously expanding certifications to maintain cutting-edge knowledge.
  • Proactively engage in ongoing learning to adapt to changes in Search, Social, and other digital advertising products, such as Amazon Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Regularly update and expand certifications to reflect current expertise and advancements in the field.

Effective Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, partners, and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to partner inquiries via tickets, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, offering insights and updates on campaign performance to drive collective success.
  • Work with the team to do quality assurance checks on tasks to ensure quality work.

Time Management & Adherence To Service Level Agreements

  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and addressing issues identified via tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Consistently meet and exceed Service Level Agreements, responding promptly to partner needs and managing campaigns within specified timelines.
  • Effectively engage in remote and in-office collaboration, contributing actively in bilingual team meetings and discussions to achieve common goals.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Demonstrate proficiency in online marketing, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in actively utilizing the Matchcraft platform for campaign management, or the capability to attain proficiency within a 90-day timeframe.
  • Proactive engagement in ongoing learning to adapt to changes in digital advertising products.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and address performance trends through data analysis.
  • Clear and succinct communication with team members, partners, and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Prioritization of tasks based on urgency and impact, with a focus on meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements.
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics Certification are required, or the capacity to obtain certification within 30 days, with annual renewal.
  • Advanced computer skills; high proficiency with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Minimum of 2+ years in proven Paid Search and/or Paid Social experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related majors preferred)
