Job Description – Vehicle Integration Manager / Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a Vehicle Integration professional responsible for complete vehicle packaging, layout preparation, and system integration for 2W / 3W / EV vehicles. The candidate should ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle packaging and overall layout development.
Integration of Battery, Motor, Controller, Charger, Wiring Harness, Chassis, Suspension, Body & Electrical systems.
Prepare and validate vehicle layouts using CATIA / Creo / NX.
Conduct interference / clash checks and ensure proper static & dynamic clearances.
Manage ground clearance, ergonomics, weight distribution, CG & dimensional requirements.
Coordinate with Design, R&D, Electrical, Chassis, Manufacturing, and Supplier teams.
Support vehicle development from concept, design, prototype to production stage.
Ensure compliance with performance, safety, and manufacturability requirements.
Handle engineering changes and design optimization activities.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Vehicle Integration & Packaging.
Experience in 2W / 3W / EV vehicle architecture.
Knowledge of vehicle dimensions, tolerances, clearances, and system layout.
Hands-on experience in CAD tools (CATIA / Creo / NX).
Understanding of EV systems integration is preferred.
Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in 2W / 3W Automobile OEM / EV Industry.
Exposure to design-to-production vehicle development cycle.
Knowledge of static & dynamic packaging validation.
