- Plan and coordinate all aspects of trade shows, exhibitions, and related events, including logistics, booth setup, shipments, materials, and staffing.
- Oversee post-show follow-up activities, including TopVis leads, thank-you letters, and task assignments to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Delegate responsibilities to team members, establish priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the remote exhibition team, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and consistent procedures across locations.
- Coordinate with internal departments—including Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Product Management— to align messaging, booth materials, and show objectives.
- Manage timelines and budgets, tracking expenses, deliverables, and overall event performance.
- Maintain process consistency across all trade show operations and ensure adherence to VEGA’s brand standards and values.
- Develop and implement post-show reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance attendee and customer follow-up.
- Support training and communication for exhibition team members to ensure alignment on procedures, expectations, and goals.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless transitions from event execution to lead followup.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety regulations, and company standards for professional representation at all events.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school Graduate or GED
- AND two (2) years of related experience and/or training
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
