ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles service requests from customers.
  • Schedules service engineers and ensure they receive their work orders.
  • Ensures customer entry requirements are met.
  • Processes service orders, including entering the orders into our CRM, invoicing, and maintaining customer files.
  • Ensure that training materials are sent for field schools.
  • Handle incoming calls into the department, when necessary

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree from two-year College or technical school.

AND six months to one year related experience

OR equivalent combination of education and experience 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient in the following computer software programs:

  • CRM
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Office Products
