Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Functional Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Domain Research and MS Project with a preference for those with Bioinformatics experience. This role involves analyzing and optimizing our information systems to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Utilize Domain Research skills to gather and interpret data providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using MS Project to ensure successful project execution and completion.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and configurations for future reference.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
