Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a VEEVA Vault Functional Consultant (RIM/QA). The Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, designing and configuring VEEVA Vault solutions, and optimizing business processes across Regulatory Information Management (RIM) and Quality Assurance (QA). The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to provide functional consulting, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient delivery of solutions within project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess, interpret, and optimize business processes effectively
- Proficient Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Business Processes relevant to RIM and QA functions
- Consulting experience in designing and implementing tailored solutions for clients
- Basic understanding of Finance processes in the life sciences industry
- Experience in working with VEEVA Vault applications or other regulatory software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; certifications in VEEVA Vault preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines
