About the Role:
We're hiring a Veeva Clinical Vault Configuration Specialist to lead configuration and delivery across CTMS, eTMF, and SSU for our life sciences clients. You'll own the build -from data model design to workflow configuration to go-live support — ensuring solutions are standard, upgrade-safe, and aligned to Veeva best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- ∙Configure Vault CTMS, eTMF, and SSU applications based on client requirements — object models, page layouts, lifecycles, and workflows.
- ∙Design cross-application configuration across the Study–Country–Site hierarchy, including milestone-to-document linkages between CTMS and eTMF.
- ∙Set up document types and expected document rules within eTMF.
- ∙Configure CTMS milestones, monitoring visits, protocol deviations and SSU activity/dependency workflows for site start-up tracking with Country-specific regulatory/IRB submission tracking.
- ∙Manage global directory, security profiles, roles, and sharing rules in line with GxP and least-privilege principles.
- ∙Translate business requirements into configuration specifications with clear traceability.
- ∙Support UAT, validation and Vault Loader-based data migrations.
- ∙Assess the impact of Veeva's tri-annual releases on existing configurations and support regression testing.
Required Skills
- ∙3–6 years of hands-on Veeva Vault Clinical configuration experience across at least two of: CTMS, eTMF, SSU.
- ∙Strong grasp of the Vault Clinical Data Model and standard clinical features in CTMS, eTMF and SSU is a must.
- ∙Working knowledge of the TMF Reference Model and clinical trial operations (site start-up, monitoring, milestone tracking).
- ∙Familiarity with GxP requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ICH GCP E6(R2)) as they apply to system configuration.
- ∙Experience with Vault Loader/VQL for data migration.
Good to Have:
- ∙Veeva Vault certification (Platform).
- ∙Exposure to Vault Connections (CTMS–eTMF) or Vault APIs
