About the role

Veera Health is a Sequioa, GFC and YCombinator-backed digital health company looking for a talented Product Manager to build our product culture from the ground up. Our mission is to transform the healthcare experience for hundreds of millions of women living with chronic conditions like PCOS through a one-stop digital platform. We provide women with consumer-focused, scientific, progressive care at her fingertips. You will work directly with a world-class founding team (McKinsey, UnitedHealth, GlaxoSmithKline, Accenture, Wharton alumni), collect deep insights from customers and use data to create a vision for the product and turn it into reality. Responsibilities: Craft a vision for the product based on insights from customers, doctor partners and other stakeholders Create a roadmap to deliver the vision with a focus on user stories and experience Engage with customers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and improve upon features Define clear success metrics and use data to inform future development cycles Build long-term stickiness while maximizing customer outcomes and engagement Qualifications: 4+ years of product management with a focus on retention and user engagement Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others; team player A user-first mindset and a passion for great design and usability Self-driven, can-do attitude and willing to take initiative & iterate Knowledge or interest in health conditions women face, like PCOS, preferred Experience using data to make decisions - e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, MongoDB, Mixpanel, etc. BONUS: Past experience in a healthtech or consumer-tech company
