Job Role: Technical Support Engineer
Qualification: BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience: 3+ years of technical and customer-facing experience
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate across engineering, sales, and product management teams.
Contribute to technical documentation, including best practices and knowledge bases.
Recreate, track, and resolve customer issues to enhance user experience.
Identify and report product enhancements and feature requests.
Participate in weekend and holiday support rotations.
Manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of networking, cloud, virtualization, backup, and recovery.
Linux administration experience.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes management.
Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or similar).
Familiarity with software development life cycles and upgrade patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with OpenShift, PKS, Rancher, Google GKE, AWS EKS, VMware administration.
Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Kubernetes certifications (CKA or CKAD).
Previous startup experience.
