Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in editing and assembling raw video footage into polished content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and internal communications. Day-to-day tasks include trimming clips, adding transitions, text, and basic motion graphics, syncing audio, and ensuring video quality and consistency with brand guidelines. The intern will collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team members to understand creative briefs, suggest visual improvements, and deliver videos within agreed timelines. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining file libraries, and learning new tools and techniques to improve editing efficiency and output.
Qualifications
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create promotional videos for company services and campaigns.
- Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, and basic effects.
- Trim and arrange footage to create engaging video content.
- Adapt videos to different social media formats and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with the social media and graphic design teams.
- Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of video transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new editing techniques.
