Visit our website to know more- www.vecmocon.com About the Role: Vecmocon is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on demand generation to execute integrated marketing initiatives at the intersection of clean tech, electric vehicles, and digital transformation. You will be instrumental in driving key marketing programs — from contributing to planning and content strategy to executing campaigns and generating qualified leads — ensuring complete alignment with our product roadmap and growth goals. Key Responsibilities: Execute the marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, events, and communication cycles, with a focus on generating demand. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, Design) to synchronize marketing activities with organizational objectives. Drive Go-to-Market strategies by executing inbound, digital, and event-driven campaigns to support lead generation targets. Monitor marketing dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and report on performance to ensure timely execution and measure ROI. Contribute to content planning and create engaging materials for technical and commercial outreach (e.g., case studies, blogs, product decks, newsletters). Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and design partners for the development of creative assets and marketing materials. Preferred Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrable focus on demand generation (preferably in EV, energy, electronics, or mobility technology). Strong grasp of B2B campaign execution, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing), and sales enablement. Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools like Trello, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Asana, or HubSpot. Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills. A technical or engineering background (ECE, Mech, EV-related domains) is a strong plus. Why Join Us?
