Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vehicle Loan Executive based in Trivandrum, requiring a mix of office-based and remote work. The Vehicle Loan Executive will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, verifying customer documents, and managing the end-to-end loan processing for vehicle financing. Daily tasks include assessing applicants’ creditworthiness, maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealerships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The role also requires tracking loan repayments, assisting clients with inquiries, and preparing detailed reports on loan performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit assessment, and loan processing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, loan policies, and risk management procedures.
- Proficient in using financial software, CRM tools, and MS Office Applications for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in banking, non-banking financial institutions, or vehicle financing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the regional market and fluency in local languages is desirable.
