System Analyst

System Analyst - (Up to 2 Years of Experience)

As a System Analyst you will be focused on supporting the delivery of various customer projects, using our platform. This is a critical role within the delivery function of the organization, where you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver whole and high-quality solutions and features to our customers.

Technical Skills:

▶ Bachelors in Computer Application

▶ Strong Object-Oriented Programming concepts

▶ Preferred knowledge of Atlassian products i.e., JIRA and Confluence

▶ Proficiency in formula computations using Excel and XSL transformations

▶ Strong knowledge in APIs

▶ Basic knowledge of UNIX is desirable

▶ Knowledge of low-code, no-code solutions, or other configurable systems would be a plus

▶ Knowledge of Insurance Industry would be a plus

▶ Excellent communication skills in English

▶ Strong positive attitude to teamwork and working in team environment

▶ Self-motivated and independent learner

▶ Strong analytical skills and high attention to details

▶ Collaborative and enthusiastic attitude

▶ Open-minded and enjoys solving complex problems
