Panjim, Goa, India We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead (SEO) to join our dynamic team at Veara Creatives. As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and visibility of our clients' online presence through effective search engine optimization strategies. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact opportunities - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation - Optimize website structure, content, and technical elements to enhance search engine visibility - Monitor and analyze website performance, track key metrics, and provide insightful reports to clients - Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective - Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align SEO efforts with other digital marketing initiatives - Mentor and guide the SEO team to continuously improve their skills and deliver exceptional results Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns - In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and content marketing strategies - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex SEO challenges - Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the internal team - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs - Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
