We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Consultant Specialist
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and analyse VDI capacity and demand trends to support proactive scaling and resource optimisation
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with country IT heads, infrastructure and application teams to align capacity planning with business needs
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance system stability and user experience
- Support forecasting activities and contribute to project or strategic planning initiatives
- Oversee the full VDI life cycle management, from provisioning and optimisation to decommissioning
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to VDI usage and capacity
To Be Successful, You Will
- Proficiency in data analysis and intelligences tools such as Power BI, MS SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent
- Solid understanding of VDI technologies and underlying infrastructure components, includes Azure, Citrix, VMWare, PURE storage, TCP/IP Network
- Experience with capacity planning, performance monitoring, and reporting methodologies
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, RStudio, VBScript) is advantageous
- Good experience on Agile Methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and managing IT backlogs.
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and innovation
