Job Title: CX Associate – Fresher Role Department: Candidate Experience (CX) Location: VDart GCC, Mannarpuram Reports to: CX Manager Shift Timing: Day Shift – 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic fresher to join our Candidate Experience (CX) Team as a CX Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is eager to learn, and wants to start a career in HR operations or talent engagement. You will play a vital role in ensuring candidates feel supported and valued throughout their journey with VDart. Key Responsibilities: Talent Engagement Assist in conducting weekly check-ins with onboarded candidates. Support in executing 30/60/90-day pulse checks to assess satisfaction and readiness for redeployment. Encourage referrals from engaged candidates and track outcomes. Help escalate and coordinate basic candidate concerns with internal teams. Community Building Help manage an active talent community through updates, announcements, and engagement activities. Maintain candidate pools aligned with client needs and project pipelines. Collect and organize feedback and testimonials from candidates. Talent Repository Maintenance Assist in building and updating a skillset-wise talent repository to support recurring hiring needs. Track candidate availability, engagement level, and redeployment status. Reporting & Documentation Maintain trackers for: Engagement coverage CSAT/eNPS feedback Referral inflow Redeployment and placement metrics Support the team in preparing weekly and monthly reports. Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates (Any stream – BA/BSc/BCom/BBA/BE/BTech) Strong interest in people operations or talent engagement Good communication skills (spoken and written) Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (training will be provided) Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and team-first attitude
