About the role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Oversee the onboarding & implementation process for new customers
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements
  • Review customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers
  • Provide customers with regular updates and best practices
  • Create knowledge base materials and supporting documents
  • Analyze and report on key customer trends and product usage metrics
