MIS Analyst (Ad Operations)

Job Description

• Report Creation & Data Analysis:
• Develop, generate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for data-driven decision-making.
• Build dashboards and performance metrics to track business KPIs and present insights.
• Google Operations Center (GOC) Utilization:
• Leverage the Google Operations Center (GOC) platform to monitor, track, and analyze operational data.
• Utilize GOC tools to streamline reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Business Management (BM) Account Handling:
• Manage and oversee BM accounts, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain BM account records, monitor performance, and provide analytical insights.
• Data Quality & Validation:
• Conduct data validation and quality checks regularly to maintain data integrity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports, ensuring consistency in data reporting.
• Process Improvement & Insights:
• Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support business strategies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance data reporting and operational efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in data reporting.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
