📌 Job Title: VCFO Associate (Chartered Accountant – 2 to 3 Years PQE)
📍 Location: Jodhpur
🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alt Saturdays off)
⏰ Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage end-to-end finance functions for 2–3 SME / growth-stage clients
Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial dashboards
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
Review accounting processes, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax regulations, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants
Support working capital planning and treasury management
Assist in financial modeling, due diligence, and investor reporting
*Candidate Requirements*
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years PQE
Strong understanding of accounting and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience in MIS and financial reporting
Excellent communication and client management skills
