Responsibilities
- Complex User Journeys & System Design :
Map end-to-end workflows for power users operating in complex, multi-step technical environments. Design logical, error-resistant user journeys for mission-critical systems where accuracy and consistency are essential. Translate engineering logic and backend processes into intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
- Data-Dense Interface & Dashboard Design :
Design high-density dashboards, tables, and control panels that remain readable, actionable, and efficient. Optimize information hierarchy to manage cognitive load without relying on excessive white space. Ensure clarity and usability in environments with large data volumes and real-time updates.
- Cross-Platform Experience Architecture :
Design a unified UX across Web, Tablet, and Mobile platforms. Adapt interfaces for varied usage contexts, including control rooms, operational centers, and field operations. Ensure responsive behavior and consistency across devices and screen sizes.
- User Research & Design Thinking :
Lead discovery and research phases by working closely with technical subject matter experts. Conduct interviews and usability studies to understand real-world workflows and pain points. Apply design thinking principles to solve complex technical problems.
- Prototyping & Validation :
Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to validate workflows, logic, and edge cases before development. Use prototypes to test assumptions, reduce ambiguity, and accelerate decision-making. Iterate designs based on feedback from users, product, and engineering teams.
- Technical Leadership & Frontend Collaboration :
Take ownership of the technical feasibility of design solutions. Act as the primary design consultant for Frontend Developers to ensure pixel-perfect and logically accurate implementation. Guide developers on layout logic, responsive constraints, and component behavior.
- AI-Driven Design & Prototyping :
Leverage AI-powered design-to-code tools (Lovable, v0.dev, Cursor, etc.) to rapidly build functional prototypes. Validate design logic in real time and reduce handoff gaps between design and development. Accelerate iteration cycles without compromising design integrity.
Bridge the gap between design and engineering teams. Mentor frontend developers on UX intent, component behavior, and design rationale. Ensure final builds align closely with the original design vision.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a professional degree in Design.
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Industrial IoT, FinTech, Health Tech, or Energy domains.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven design and development tools such as Lovable, v0.dev, Cursor, or Figma-to-Code workflows.
- Ability to convert wireframes into functional, logic-tested prototypes within hours.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, including React components, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design constraints.
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly in technical terms to developers.
- Portfolio showcasing high-density dashboards, complex user flows, and technical problem solving.
- Evidence of design thinking applied to real-world, system-level challenges.
- Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to design components, flows, and edge cases-not just screens.
- Proven expertise in cognitive load management and visual hierarchy for data-heavy interfaces.
- High level of technical fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. Advanced proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of design execution from concept to production.
