Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, CSOM, REST API, and PowerShell.
- Implement and maintain SharePoint portals, sites, workflows, libraries, dashboards, and alerts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, performance, and integrity of SharePoint implementations.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and third-party APIs.
- Monitor and analyse SharePoint server and application performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Stay updated with SharePoint updates and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Office 365.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and PowerShell.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Active Directory, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in mentoring and training junior developers.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified : SharePoint Developer Associate are a plus.
